Warranty and Returns Policy. Products will only be exchanged if found to be faulty, refunds will not be given unless approved by the management. In certain circumstances a credit note maybe issued. Microsoft Software cannot be returned due to the licence agreement and the risk of copying the software. However if the discs are damaged an exchange one will be sent upon receipt of the faulty item. All new components are subject to the manufacturers warranty period and terms as stated. Items such as printers and monitors have swap out warranties held by the manufacturer. All new computer builds have a 12 month parts and labour warranty, which is a return to base warranty. On site warranty can be purchased at extra cost. All second user computers are covered by a 28 day warranty which is also a return to base warranty.
